Spotlight: Playwicki Farm

Second Friday events offer fun for all ages!

The Playwicki Farm Foundation will once again be hosting their Second Friday events beginning on Friday, May 10th and running each month through August.

Mommy’s Lil Black Book of Levittown has been retained to plan and produce all of the Second Friday programs.

ALLEGRA Marketing/Print/Mail, of far Northeast Philadelphia and Regal Construction Management will co-sponsor the highly popular Second Friday community events for the 2024 season.

The Second Friday events are free and open to the public and offer something for the entire family. They run from 5:00pm to 8:00pm every second Friday of May through August, May 10th, June 14th, July 12th and August 9th.

The events feature live music and/or disc jockey, food trucks and vendors, crafters, a beer and wine garden for adults and a moon bounce, knuckle ball, balloon art and face painting for children. Parking is free at the farm.

Future events include an Octoberfest/Halloween Fun Day on Saturday, October 5th from noon – 4:00pm, and the Township Halloween on the Farm on October 19, 4:00-8:00pm, as well as the annual Holiday Celebration on Saturday, December 14th from 1:00pm – 5:00pm.

The Playwicki Farm Foundation was created in September of 1996 as an independent tax- exempt, non-profit corporation to raise money for charitable, educational and scientific purposes.

The funds are used for the repair, maintenance, and preservation and the development of educational programs.
