What is normal?

As we go down the path of positive thinking, we must remember not to judge other people. We may ask “What Is Normal?”

Dr. David Gupta explores what if the person we are judging feels normal because they are living up to their own definition of normality?

The author states that each individual sets their own standard for themselves. Therefore, every person should be living in their own positive reality and should be allowed to flourish without oppression. When imagination meets the spark within us, a positive wave of energy is released!

So, who defines normality? Over time, the most inspirational people have challenged the perception of “normal” such as Lord Jesus, Galileo, and Albert Einstein.

All three of these men challenged the normality of their time.  Lord Jesus started a revolution in his day by teaching the power of forgiveness and all its laws.

He also advocated many things through his teachings and quotes and helped start a new religion in Christianity.

Galileo was ordered to turn himself in to the Holy Office to be put on trial for holding the belief that the Earth revolves around the sun, which was deemed heretical by church doctrine.

Albert Einstein was the mathematician who came up with the algebraic equation for the Theory of Relativity. Einstein’s general theory of relativity holds that what we perceive as the force of gravity arises from the curvature of space and time.

It’s the oldest saying and the truth that has stood the test of time – “Be yourself!” Allow your wonderful unique personality to flourish and resonate to all people.
