New Hope Celebrates (NHC) PrideFest 2023 promises to be bigger than ever, as the organization celebrates their 20th Anniversary.
Throughout the month of May in the neighboring towns of New Hope, and Lambertville, NHC will host a Flag Unfurling, Pride Parade, Pride Fair, PrideFest Live, and other events for the lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and queer community.
PrideFest is NHC’s month-long LGBTQ+ Pride event, which draws more than 15,000 people annually.
Beginning May 6th, the Best Cocktail Contest invites guests ages 21+ to try signature drinks featuring Tito’s Handmade Vodka and Corralejo Tequila at participating establishments and cast a vote for their favorite cocktail.
The Flag Unfurling of the 25’x15’ Progress Flag over the Starbucks building at 4A E Bridge Street and Main Street, New Hope, will occur on May 13th at 11:30am, with a reception to follow at Martine’s Riverhouse.
The Pride Parade will be held on May 20th, at 11:00am with over 1,300 participants from local businesses, nonprofits, national marching bands, and floats, plus NHC’s very own 100-foot Rainbow Equality Flag marching from NJ across the Delaware to PA.
The Pride Fair takes place at Pride Park at the corner of New and South Main Streets, featuring local LGBTQ+ artists, food vendors, professional services and retailers.
PrideFest Live, an outdoor concert, will run from noon to 5:00pm.

Volunteers are needed to hold one of 150 3×5 progress flag and unfurl it over the New Hope-Lambertville bridge railing. More details will be provided as it gets closer.
