With a full-service print consultation space, complete with comfortable seating for customers, the Valley Square store provides the most up-to-date UPS Store offerings! Whether they need to create documents with printing and design services, ship or shred, customers have easy access to professionally trained staff.
“I love helping people,” says owner Reggie Rytter. “I view every customer having some level of need we can help with.”
From assisting individuals with notary service, mailbox rentals and freight deliveries, to providing a wide range of support for small businesses, Rytter says, “we are completely customer-focused.”
Rytter recounted an instance where his store manager identified an attempt by a scam artist posing as a customer’s relative, convinced her to send cash for a family emergency. The store manager stopped her from sending money to, what turned out to be, a vacant building.
“Don’t think it can’t happen to you,” Rytter cautions.
Rytter has owned and operated UPS Stores for nine years. With a background in accounting from Franklin & Marshall, he left the corporate world after 15 years in the field to find “a better work/life balance” and spend more time with his wife and two sons.
In 2014, the then 35-year-old bought his first UPS Store franchise in Warminster, and then expanded to Doylestown a few years later.
“Adding a third business in Valley Square is exciting,” Rytter says. “Owning and operating the three locations in my community is very fulfilling.”
