Airmid Wellness is a Wholistic Health and Wellness Center providing classes, workshops, and talk therapy for individuals, businesses, and groups in-person and online. During therapeutic practices, therapists integrate Eastern and Western philosophies and a range of traditional counseling and wellness therapies unique to each individual.

The diversity of therapeutic specialties allows therapists to provide a collaborative and personalized approach utilizing a wide range of skill sets to support a client’s needs best. Airmid provides a safe, comfortable space to explore emotions through talk therapy with adults, children, couples, and families.

Airmid’s inviting, peaceful Movement Studio, offers daily wellness classes and workshops that promote whole-body wellness. Pairing therapy, movement activities, and mindfulness give individuals the tools they need to be healthy and happy wherever they find themselves in life’s journey.

Incorporating regular movement and mindfulness activities reduces stress, increases energy, improves cardiovascular health, and releases tension in the muscles and joints, improving the overall quality of life. Wellness classes consist of Yoga, Mindful Movement, and Stress Reduction, including Meditation and Get Grounded to Manage Stress.

There are offerings for the whole family, including Kids and Teens, Women’s Empowerment. and Free Offerings for the Community. Classes are held in Airmid’s Movement Studio and streaming.

Airmid’s Wellness Program for Businesses and Groups will help support a culture of well-being in the workplace by reducing stress, boosting morale and improving productivity and communication. Airmid also offers various wellness services, including Massage, Acupuncture, Reiki, Life Coaching, Integrative Healing, and other private sessions and healing treatments.
