Legion Auxiliary collecting items for homeless Veterans

The American Legion Auxiliary Unit #148, working in conjunction with The Delaware Valley Stand Down, Salute 2Service and local homeless Veterans groups, will once again be collecting items during the Langhorne Memorial Day Parade on Monday, May 29th.

In their mission to honor homeless Veterans in Bucks County and Philadelphia, they will be walking in the parade with their collection truck, collecting the following items: men’s NEW underwear (cotton boxers preferred), colored T-shirts, socks, personal care items, individually wrapped snacks, cleaning supplies and laundry detergent.

In the event of rain, please drop your donations at Post #148, 115 West Richardson Avenue, Langhorne.
