The Newtown Historic Association is hosting their annual Garden Walk on Saturday, June 24th. Please meet in the rear garden of the NHA headquarters, Half-moon Inn, 105 Court Street, Newtown. Registration starts at 8:30am.
The walk will commence at 9:00am and wend through the lovely streets of Newtown Borough and into parts of the Township nearby. Attendees will be able to walk and/or drive to 13 gardens in Newtown Borough and Township.
The gardens will be open from 9:00am until 1:00pm. A $15 donation is requested and will go towards maintenance and improvements to Boone Garden, which is owned by NHA, and located on Court Street directly across from the Half-moon Inn.
It will be featured on the Garden Walk. Tickets will be available on the NHA website or day of the walk at the Half-moon Inn.
A list of gardens and a map will be available at registration. Please join them for a view of some very special gardens and to meet the very talented gardeners who created them.
