Why We Are Collecting
Over 50% of people who abuse prescription pain relievers get them from friends or relatives. Prescription and over-the-counter drugs are the most commonly misused substances by Americans age 14 and older, after marijuana and alcohol. EPA studies have detected pharmaceutical drugs in our water supply.
Help protect our youth and environment by safely disposing of medications at one of the local drop-off locations located here.
