    Air Fryer Donut Fries with Orange-Raspberry Preserves

    Prep: 15 minutes • Air Fry: 15 minutes • Serves: 8

    2/3       cup granulated sugar

    1 1/2    teaspoons ground cinnamon

    3/4       cup unsalted butter (1 1/2 sticks), melted

    1           package (16 ounces) refrigerated jumbo biscuits, each biscuit sliced 1/2-inch thick

                  crosswise

    1           cup raspberry preserves

    2           teaspoons orange zest

     

    1. Preheat 3-quart or larger air fryer to 400° for 5 minutes. In wide, shallow dish, whisk sugar and cinnamon; place butter in second wide, shallow dish.
    2. Spray both sides of biscuit pieces with cooking spray. In 3 batches, air fry biscuit pieces 5 minutes or until golden brown, carefully turning once; carefully dip in butter to coat, then in sugar mixture to coat and place on serving platter. Makes about 48 fries.
    3. In small bowl, whisk preserves and zest. Makes about 1 cup.
    4. Serve fries with preserves mixture for dipping.
