The Friends of the Yardley-Makefield Library hosts “Vincent van Gogh: the Quintessential Tortured Artist” at the Library, 1080 Edgewood Rd., Yardley.

Presenter Gary Scarpello will present a look at the life and inner strife of this complex artist. What drove him and influenced him. You will examine many of van Gogh’s famous works and investigate various events in his life.
