‘Hybrid Chair Yoga’ Tuesday, January 30th, February 7th, 14th and 21st at noon.

Grab you chair and get into shape! Join Elda for an hour-long workout you will be sure to love. You will need to register for the Zoom link if you wish to participate virtually.

‘Thursday Movie Club’ on Thursday, January 26th at 10:15am.

Come in for the screening of Gigi and Nate. Popcorn and refreshments served.

‘Bored? Game Night for Adults on Friday, January 27th at 7:00pm.

No experience necessary. A librarian and other players will be there to teach how to play games. There will be a wide selection of games, but feel free to bring your own if there is one you would love to share. Registration required.

‘Barks and Books’ on Saturday, January 28th at 11:00am.

Friendly therapy pets will be visiting for children to read their favorite stories. Stop by and meet a new friend. Registration is not required.

‘Afterschool Cool’ on Monday, January 30th at 3:00pm.

Hang out at the library for a new activity every week. This week: Beep.Boop (Come play with robots.)

‘Parent’s Guide to How to Pay for College on Wednesday, February 1st at 7:00pm.

This online workshop will introduce the various financial aid options and focus on some of the biggest college planning mistakes families should avoid. It will also reveal unique techniques to reduce the Expected Family Contribution (EFC) with the new FAFSA rules that can save thousands on college costs. Registration required

‘The Romantic Sounds of Frank Sinatra with Joey C’ on Wednesday, February 8th at 6:30pm.

Celebrate the Day of Love by listening to the songs of Frank Sinatra with Joey C as he returns to the library for this early Valentine’s Day in-person concert.  Registration is required. 

‘Ladybug on a Leaf Drawing with Anita’ (online) on Saturday, February 18th  at 10:30am.

Join art instructor Anita Thompson for this online class to learn how to draw a ladybug on a leaf with colored pencils. Visit the website for registration information and supply list.  Recommended age level: grades 5-Adult. Registration required.

‘Alma Thomas Collage with Anita’ on Tuesday, February 21st  at 3:00pm.

Miss Anita is back and in person once again! Learn a bit about the work of trailblazing African-American artist, Alma Thomas, and then make a collage rendition of her famous painting, The Eclipse. Recommended for age 7-18. To register call the library at 215-322-1183 or visit
