Eat for your heart’s content

A healthy diet and lifestyle are the keys to preventing and managing cardiovascular disease.

If this is something you hope to achieve, this goal may not be as difficult as you think. Join McCaffrey’s Registered Dietitian Jill Kwasny, MS, RDN for a free and informative program on “Eating For Your Heart’s Content.”

Learn how to balance foods that will be enjoyable AND promote good health in the process. Jill will emphasize the importance of food choice patterns over a single day of overeating. By incorporating some simple changes to your diet, you can achieve long term benefits for your heart and health.

As always, Jill will offer menu ideas, cooking techniques and share a delicious recipe to sample.

The program will be held on:

  • Thursday, February 9th at the McCaffrey’s Market in Blue Bell located at 1301 Skippack Pike from 10:00 – 11:00am in the Beer Garden area.
  • Thursday, February 16th at the McCaffrey’s in Yardley located at Edgewood Village Shopping Center at 635 Heacock Road in the upstairs bistro from 10:00 – 11:00am.
  • Thursday, February 16th at 1:30 – 2:30pm, in the upstairs bistro area at the McCaffrey’s Market in West Windsor in the Southfield Retail Center at 355 Princeton Hightstown Road
