Julius Cigna is a member of the Personal Injury and Construction Injury Groups, concentrating his practice in wrongful death suits and cases resulting in catastrophic injuries. Prior to joining Stark & Stark, Julius served as an Associate at a prominent South Jersey law firm. He was a legal extern for Kevon Glickman Law in 2018 and the Christian Legal Clinics of Philadelphia in 2019.
Catherine Foley is a member of the Accident & Personal Injury and Medical Malpractice Groups, where she represents plaintiffs in personal injury litigation matters focusing on complex injuries and professional liability claims with a specific focus on medical negligence. Prior to joining Stark & Stark, Catherine served as an attorney for several law firms in the Philadelphia metro area. She has a unique background of experience representing hospitals, physicians, nurses, and other healthcare providers in the defense of professional liability actions, which now gives her key insight when representing the plaintiffs involved in such actions.
Kyle Stelmack is a member of the Accident & Personal Injury and Construction Injury Groups. Prior to joining Stark & Stark, Kyle served as an Associate at a Scranton law firm. Kyle is involved in numerous community organizations, including serving as a volunteer for Big Brothers/Big Sisters of America and as an attorney advisor for the Mid Valley High School Mock Trial Team.
