Downstage Center Dance Studio, Season 21
Dance classes begin September 12th for ages three to adult. Our non-competitive dance studio is welcoming, nurturing and supportive for students who want to dance. Scholarships are available for families who are experiencing financial hardship.
Throughout our 21 years in Morrisville, we have educated 1000s of students who have gone on to successful careers on Broadway, national tours, cruise ships and Hollywood (“Anastastia”- Christy Altomare, “Tina Turner The Musical”- Bob Lenzi, “Disney Magic”- Noah Barson, “New Amsterdam”- Alejandro Hernandez, “Shark Tank” – Maggie Morlath, and more).
“Dance never leaves your body; it is a gift that stays with you forever, along with the friends and memories that you make at studio,” says Dani Tucci-Juraga, co-owner & Artistic Director.
Classes offered: Pre-Dance, Tap, Ballet, Pointe, Jazz, Hip Hop, Modern, Contemporary, Musical Theater and Adult Fitness. We are proud to offer ‘A Chance to Dance’, designed for dancers ages 5+ with disability. Everyone is welcome: beginners, intermediate and advanced students.
Adult Classes are offered seven days a week in person and online and include: Zumba, Yoga, Ballet and Hip Hop. Drop-in rates or monthly memberships available. Stay fit with our 1000+ calorie burn while staying encouraged and energized!
To ensure safety, the studio is equipped with hand sanitation stations, UV light sterilization purifiers, sanitized flooring, and contactless instruction. Daily disinfection for bathrooms, barres, floors, desktops, etc. Face covering are optional.
Our beautiful facility is surrounded with wall-to-wall mirrors, sprung floors, surround sound, theatrical lighting and observation windows. Our talented teachers are Broadway veterans, Certified Educators and Professionals who are excited to pass on their love of dance to all who want to learn.
