Chandler Hall Health Services announces Jim Hartman, LPN awarded LeadingAge PA Professional Development Scholarship

Chandler Hall has announced that Jim Hartman has been awarded a scholarship from LeadingAge PA as part of the Association’s 2022 Professional Development Scholarship Program.

Jim serves as Lead LPN for Chandler Hall, Friends Short Term Rehab and Skilled Facility, and will use their scholarship to continue to obtain his RN degree. 

“Jim has been a full time LPN at Chandler Hall for 10 years. He fosters great relationships with our staff and residents. Now he is back in school to earn his RN and is excited about the impact he can have on our seniors with this additional education. I’m so grateful that Leading age picked such a worthy person for the scholarship program. LeadingAge PA is a trade association representing more than 380 high-quality senior housing, health care, and community services across the commonwealth. The Association is dedicated to the education and workforce enhancement efforts of member communities, and commits $100,000 annually to scholarship and internship programs. LeadingAge PA awards scholarships that enhance opportunities for member staff pursuing further education, training, and certification – both within and outside of the field of nursing.
