Dive into the ‘Oceans of Possibilities!’

This summer, the Township Library of Lower Southampton is your go to place for discovery. The possibilities for discovery of fun are endless, from our new “Library of Things,” Summer Quest, to the return of in-person programs.

Our Summer Quest 2022 program is opened to all ages and includes a variety of creative quests that will both entertain and keep away the summer doldrums. Visit the library weekly and you can win one of 12 themed raffle baskets, such as “Mad Scientist,” “Doggie Spa” and “Ultimate Candy Shop” that will bring a smile to any face.

Feeling the creative bug? Sign up for one of our summer art programs, with Anita Thompson’s “Chocolate Chip Cookie Painting”, contribute to our art project, join us for mobile STEM experience “Fab Lab” or pick up one of our pop-up Grab and Go Bag for adults and kids.

Did you ever wonder if Disc Golf could be your next sport obsession? Need a bubble machine for your next party? Our “Library of Things” will surely engage and inspire. Think of the possibilities when you discover a new passion when you borrow from our collection that includes binoculars, roll-up piano and a variety of yard games.

We are popping the popcorn this July and August for the Thursday Movie Club. Bring a friend on Thursday mornings and enjoy our selection popular new releases. Join us in person and register for Mike Jesberger’s new program about America’s favorite pastime during the Civil War, entitled “The Boys in Gray and Blue.” This program will guarantee to interest both history and sports fan alike. Come out of the heat and learn a new game at our Game Night for Adults.
