Northampton Memorial Day Commemoration

Northampton Township commemorated Memorial Day on May 30th at Robert H. Dembowski, Jr. Park. This year’s ceremony included the dedication of a plaque which honors 12 Township heroes who made the ultimate sacrifice in all of our nation’s wars since the Township was incorporated in 1772.

4. Susan Elwell-Burkhard (left), sister of MSG Kenneth Elwell, and Al Sigafoos, brother of CPT Walter H. Sigafoos III (MIA), lay a wreath honoring the fallen.
