The Greater BucksMont Chamber of Commerce has announced its 2022 scholarship winners.
Every year, the Chamber’s Scholarship Committee solicits and receives scholarship applications, and chooses the winners among graduating seniors from William Tennent High School, Archbishop Wood High School and Middle Bucks Institute of Technology. The winners from each school are awarded a $1,000 scholarship.
This year’s scholarship winners are:
- Louis Daniele, a student at Archbishop Wood, planning to major in business and pursue a career in law.
- Isabelle Peskin, a student at William Tennent High School, planning to attend Penn State University and major in cybersecurity analytics and operations.
- Jamie Hennigan, a student at Middle Bucks Institute of Technology, planning to become a Physical Therapist.
“It is a great honor to award these scholarships to seniors from area high schools,” said Judy Doherty, Executive Director of the Chamber. “These young people are among the best and brightest in our community. They have accomplished so much already and our Chamber wishes them all the best in their future endeavors.”
The Greater BucksMont Chamber of Commerce was established in 1963 by a committed group of business professionals and individuals in order to respond to the needs of the business community. The Chamber has become a vehicle that serves as a community voice before government entities, provides strong advocacy for services and develops policies that will stimulate economic growth through business development within the community.
