Franklin Investment Realty: A full-service family firm

by Karen Sangillo

Franklin Investment Realty is more than an investment firm or a Realtor. So much more.

Matt Scannapieco is building a firm that is family-oriented and focused on the local community. He grew up in Holland and knows Lower Bucks County like the back of his hand.

Franklin Investment Realty is an independent, family-owned brokerage established in 1992. While his father focused on the investment side, Matt single- handedly produced $15.1 million in sales in 2021 and earned three designations in the process; Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR®), Certified Residential Specialist (CRS – held by only 3% of Realtors nationwide), and Certified Residential Specialist (SRS).

The focus in 2022 shifted into continued expansion of the firm, yet Matt is still on pace for the same level of production. He brought on one agent already, his longtime childhood friend Tim Feoli, and his brother Dan Scannapieco will be joining the company shortly, after recently passing his licensing test. His father and broker, David Scannapieco brings his 30-plus years of experience to the firm.

Matt’s early years being licensed were spent on the investment side of the business and handling property management. Both those areas of expertise helped create a deep financial understanding of real estate as well as build strong people skills. That experience is an asset as he represents clients in buying and selling properties.

He grew up immersed in this industry, surrounded by family members in many related facets of real estate.  His knowledge on everything from the current market, the area, new construction, renovations and more set him apart from the rest. He has an unwavering commitment to helping his clients find their new home.

Franklin Investment Realty isn’t just about the company; clients are family, too. Buying or selling a home is so much easier with a trusted agent who is there for you every step of the way. Matt isn’t just there for the process of purchasing or selling the home. He provides clients with all the information and connections they need to settle into their new home or next chapter.

Franklin Investment Realty is there for the lifetime of their clients, not just one transaction. They have the resources to help their clients from the start, when they find their first homes, to when they find their retirement home. Those are the kind of relationships built at Franklin Investment Realty.

Unlike some bigger, more impersonal firms, agents at Franklin Investment Realty are reachable and quick to respond to clients and prospective customers. You get the attention you deserve. They provide exceptional customer service and support customers’ real estate needs for life.

The real estate industry is ever-changing but Franklin Investment Realty strives to outpace the ups and downs. They continue to adapt to rapid growth and a changing economy while maintaining exacting standards and integrity. Matt’s professionalism and experience are top-notch and he listens and provides valuable advice to help his clients make the best possible decisions in the housing market. He puts his clients’ best interests first and is able to guide them through the process from start to finish with confidence.

Clients are kept in the loop every step of the way. He will make the home buying or selling process as seamless as possible.
