Demand is still strong, but don’t wait. Interest rates are rising rapidly, and the stock market is in a downward spiral.
Real estate is going to feel it, sooner or later. If you have been thinking about selling up and getting out of Dodge, now is the time!
But first, walk around your property to see if the exterior needs freshening—maybe a power washing, and some freshly planted flowers.
Also, look at the interior. Is it too cluttered? Now is the time to declutter, and perhaps touch up the paint.
