Spotlight: Feasterville-Trevose Lions Club

The Feasterville-Trevose Lions Club is an active local organization that provides community service while fostering friendship and camaraderie.

We are always looking for new members to help with our many worthy causes so, please consider joining us! 

We meet every 2nd and 4th Tuesday of the month at 6:30pm and our current meeting location is Red Robin, 3605 Horizon Boulevard, Trevose.

During our 4th Tuesday meeting we invite Speakers with vast and rich experience to share their expertise with Club members.

Our Treasurer, James Bodnar who is a certified instructor for the AARP Driver Safety Program is conducting 2-day/4-hour classes at Bucks County Community College.

If you are interested, please send us an email for additional information so details on registration and dates can be provided.

Remember, most of the auto insurance companies offer a 5% discount once you are certified!

Beacon Lodge is a camp for individuals with special needs. The camp is funded primarily by donations and is sponsored by PA Lions as a state project.

During the summer they operate as a full-service camp for children and adults with a variety of special needs. More information can be obtained by visiting

Look for our ad in this issue as it is sure to melt your heart and encourage you to support Kyle McQue through our “Painting with a Purpose” event on Saturday, May 7th.

Kyle is a local child suffering from neurofibromatosis, and we are fundraising for the McQue family to help cover unreimbursed medical expenses.

We donated $1000 to the Ukraine Humanitarian crisis through the Lions Club International Foundation.

More than $100K in grants have been awarded to Lions serving Poland, Hungary, Romania, Austria and Slovak Republic to help support Ukrainian refugees who have crossed their borders.
