The spring market appears to be as strong as last year, which has seen record prices for the sale of homes in our area.
From Levittown to Doylestown, many homes are still getting multiple offers and buyers get discouraged.
The lack of inventory is creating this, and rentals are also much higher than a couple of years ago.
The best thing for a buyer is to save, save, save so that you can show that you have enough money to purchase a home; also get pre-approved with a lender before you start house hunting.
And sellers… look around the house, both inside and out, and see what might need to be done.
Remember, there is no second chance for a first impression, so brighten up your front door and perhaps add a splash of color. Winter pansies are out at this time.
And then find yourself a realtor that you feel comfortable with and who can give you advice.
Selling or buying a home can be stressful and you may need a ‘hands on’ realtor to guide you along the way.
