Nicole Rabena is still hungry!
Yardley Pizza owner Eliyahu Keel didn’t have to go far to find a partner on top of HER game. He simply walked across the street to La La Lobster.
Opening a new business is not easy, especially in today’s market, so when things were getting tough for Eliyahu he reached out to Nicole Rabena, owner of the Yardley Restaurant Group with the Award winning La La Lobster seafood restaurants, Mil-Lee’s Yardley Diner, Yardley Joe Coffee Roasters, Yardley Honey and her soon to be disclosed distillery brands that will be hand crafted in the heart of Yardley Borough.
“Nicole has been a source of guidance for us and honestly, she is just a really smart, nice person that cares about people and of course food. We love what she is bringing to the restaurant. She has incredible ideas, and we are excited to grow with her.”
“Ideas are like pizza dough; they are made to be tossed around,” laughs Nicole.
Some immediate contributions are going to be filling the restaurant with comfy booths, soft lighting and some Frank Sinatra playing in the background. Eliyahu and Nicole have been working hard on the pasta dishes as they update the menu to include (just to name a few):
- Cacio e Pepe
- Puttanesca
- Tuscan Rigatoni
We are a casual family style restaurant group, and we want to cater to our theme of easy breezy dining. We are the fun, not fancy group of restaurants that everyone needs.
Currently Yardley Pizza is a BYOB, but we will be licensing the restaurant so you can enjoy something from our wine and drink list in the near future.
