Take a chance to win a new car or $25,000

Which would you choose, a new car or $25,000?

That’s the enviable choice the winner of Pickering Manor’s 2022 Peruzzi car raffle will need to make on April 22nd when the winning ticket is drawn.

Second prize is a $1,000 VISA gift card. There is still time to buy a raffle ticket. Only 800 will be sold at $100 each.

To purchase a ticket, visit PickeringManor.org and pull down the “Support Us” tab or call 215-968-3878.

All proceeds from the car raffle support Pickering Manor, a unique non-profit retirement community located in the heart of historic Newtown.

The First National Bank and Trust of Newtown is the sponsor of this year’s car raffle and Peruzzi Automotive Group is providing the car. The winner will have a choice of one of the following cars: a Buick Encore GX, a Mitsubishi Outlander Sport ES, a Nissan Rogue Sport S, or a Mazda CX-30.

Join us on April 22nd, at Pickering Manor (226 N. Lincoln Avenue, Newtown) for our cocktail reception and live drawing – cocktail reception starts at 5:30pm and the drawing is at 6:30pm. You do not have to be present to win. Good luck!

Pickering Manor is a five-star community-owned and operated CCRC (continuing care retirement community) in Pennsylvania serving the community of Bucks County since its opening in 1963, formed by the generosity of Henry Russell Pickering.

In 2020, Pickering Manor opened its largest expansion to date, a 26,000-square-foot facility which accommodates 15 new short-term residents, a state-of-the-art rehab unit, 15 personal care private rooms, and a renovated 32-bed skilled unit.

Early this year, Pickering will add a certified 21-bed Memory Care Unit. Visit www.pickeringmanor.org for more information.
