The housing market remains strong, so if you are thinking of selling in 2022, now is the time to prepare. Take a notepad and walk around each room and see what might be improved.
Paint is the least expensive thing that you can do, so get your paint brush out and touch up where needed. There is nothing more unsightly than chipped door frames and holes in the wall.
Go to the hardware store–there are easy fix-it patches for holes. If your door handle or knob is tarnished, try restoring it or replace it.
Remember that there is no second chance for a first impression!
