2021, another strong year in real estate
As we wind down 2021, the real estate market proves to hold steady once again.
A lot of people always ask the question, “When will the market slow down?”
Obviously, no one has a crystal ball and could answer that truthfully. But I will say, although this year was a great year in real estate for our area, there are signs of a slowdown.
What I mean by a slowdown is not in the terms of prices dropping, but days on market are a tad longer and multiple bids are down in numbers.
The interest rates are still relatively low, so it is still prime time to purchase a home!
Now that we are entering the holiday season, this is typically a slow time in real estate, although last year that did not prove true.
Will it happen this year? Only time will tell as the season approaches.
Now would be a wonderful time to start thinking about listing your home in the spring. And when I say spring, I am referring to the beginning of February or so.
