Paula works with ambitious, outwardly successful women who have reached a point in their life where despite how great everything looks on the surface, they have an inner knowing that there’s more to life than the way they’re currently living.
Specifically, she works with her clients to create a vision for how they want their life to look, even if right now it feels like an impossible dream, unpack what’s standing in their way so that they can put an end to repeating patterns, and put strategies in place to show up as the confident and ambitious women they are without burning out in the process.
Often, Paula’s clients struggle as they say ‘yes’ to everything, constantly give to everyone else, and have inner blocks (self doubt, guilt, fear) that creep in at work and home.
When Paula works with her clients to actually get to the root of why they keep repeating these patterns in their life, they are able to shift their energy to create the life they want to live.
On the heels of more than three decades at PwC, as a Managing Director in a high-demand work environment, Paula has harnessed her own journey toward self-awareness, confidence, and success to help others identify and overcome what stands in the way of reaching their potential.
Paula is certified through iPEC, a world-class professional coach training program accredited by the ICF.
