Spotlight: William Penn Center Preschool

William Penn Center Preschool, located in Historic Fallsington, has been providing great beginnings since 1952! A private, non-profit preschool, William Penn Center is dedicated to providing the highest quality Early Childhood Education for children ages 2-5 years.

By implementing a creative curriculum, we strive to achieve the best possible learning outcomes for each child.

“Our granddaughter was fortunate to have attended William Penn Center Preschool to prepare her for Kindergarten. The staff exhibits creativity, lots of love, and caring for the kids. The curriculum was varied and exposed the children not only to the basics, but science, the environment and social issues,” says Tom Bird.

Through the use of an intentional teaching approach, students become lifelong learners in a school filled with discovery, exploration, and enthusiastic hands-on learning. Whether it is on the playground or in the classroom, you will find a safe and nurturing environment that fosters each child’s unique social, emotional and academic needs.

An active partnership with families is fostered by special events held throughout the year.  Activities such as Parent-Child Night, Ice Cream Social & Art Show, and Pre-K Graduation recognize the important relationship between home and school.

Anthony Pinto says, “I can’t say enough about William Penn. My sister and I went there when we were young and now both of my sons have attended. The love and care they show to their kids, is second to none.”

The William Penn Center makes a difference in the lives of families by providing early childhood education programs that are inclusive, accessible, and affordable to all families in our community.

Year long, full and part day programs are available. The William Penn Center Preschool is a Keystone STARS rated school and follows Pennsylvania Early Learning Standards.
