Pizza Yeah! – Home of the Cauliflower Pizza!

    by Tianna G. Hansen

Geovanny dreamt up the idea for Pizza Yeah! after working in restaurants across Bucks County for more than 25 years.

His decades of experience exhibited the many unique dietary needs of our community, and he set out to build his own restaurant and help satisfy these.

Geovanny’s goal was to revolutionize cuisine with new products, creating new ideas and concepts around foods we know and love, especially for families who want or need to make adjustments due to certain food restrictions.

“It’s important to us that your entire family can eat our food despite any limitations,” explains Geovanny.

With Pizza Yeah!, he cultivated one place where you can find foods the entire family will enjoy.

The healthy menu created by Geovanny himself sets this notable family-owned and operated restaurant apart from the rest.

“It took me several months to perfect my vision,” says Geovanny.

Pizza Yeah!’s famous Cauliflower Pizza replaces the customary flour in pizza crust with cauliflower.

The taste remains delightful, without the harmful additions!

“We have customers on gluten-free diets, who haven’t eaten pizza in over a decade. Once they discover our Cauliflower Pizza, they keep coming back.”

It’s become so popular that people travel from afar to give it a try. Newcomers are always pleasantly surprised how tasty it is!

“We try to accommodate all our customers’ special requests,” says Geovanny.

“We work hard at figuring out substitutes for different ingredients to fit our customers’ dietary needs, while still providing high quality meals.”

Pizza Yeah! also prepares and serves Eggplant Parmigiana served over zucchini noodles, zucchini lasagna, grilled zucchini parmigiana and cauliflower risotto pescatore, just to name a few of the many selections on their healthy menu.

Another popular healthy option is their special hamburger with the burger placed between two halves of a portabella mushroom instead of a bun.

“Our quinoa salad with spring mix, apples and tomato has also become quite popular,” adds Geovanny.

If you prefer conventional pizza, they have a variety of selections. If you prefer conventional pizza pie, choose from their wide variety: many types of Sicilian, pan square thin crust and gourmet pizzas at Pizza Yeah!

“Our chicken parm, buffalo chicken and chicken honey mustard are our most popular gourmet pizzas.”

Regardless which pizza you order, it will be made with the highest quality dough, sauce and cheese, so you receive the freshest ingredients in every mouthful.

Despite its name, Pizza Yeah! sells more than pizza.

Order from a diverse selection of hot sandwiches, cheese steaks, hoagies, wraps, paninis and salads. Chicken, veal, seafood and pasta dishes are great lunch or dinner choices as well.

Geovanny is proud to offer homemade desserts such as tiramisu, cannoli and cheesecake.

A catering menu is available for special occasions. They offer a Family Style menu every day. All food is cooked fresh daily on the premises.

This is a family owned and operated business, so you’ll typically see Geovanny or his wife Silvia at Pizza Yeah!

When you come in, you’re greeted with a big “hello,” so introduce yourself!

Geovanny and Silvia are Yardley residents who love working amongst the people in their neighborhood.

They are always welcoming local fundraising opportunities for schools and organizations within the community.
