CHECK OUT THE NEW BUCKSBLOGSPOT. HELP FOR BUCKS COUNTY BUSINESSES AND ECONOMIC RECOVERY – BUCKSBLOGSPOT

Spotlight: Cathy Fisher at Remax Eastern

Cathy Fisher is celebrating a huge milestone in 2021, her 20th year in Real Estate.

Over the last 20 years, Cathy’s “For Sale” signs have been sprinkled throughout the Bucks County area.

Cathy views her business as sharing a special bond between herself and her clients.

Cathy’s clients are like family to her, and she takes pride in assisting them with such an important milestone.

She is invested in her clients’ lives; whether clients are first-time home buyers, or families who are now downsizing from the home they raised their children.

In 20 years, Cathy has been a part of many different real estate markets, so she is always well-prepared to handle any and all situations.

Even with this unique market we are in now with its low inventory of homes, which creates a seller’s market, the low interest rates are helping buyers stay competitive.

Cathy works closely with her mortgage company to prepare competitive offers for her clients.

Over the past two decades, Cathy has learned that the key to success is to take the time to listen to her clients and work with their wants and needs to find their perfect home; after all, that’s what Real Estate is all about.

“One of the most gratifying parts of Real Estate is the referral from a past client,” says Cathy. “Not only does it create a new relationship with a potential client which helps your business, but more importantly, it shows you that your past client is satisfied and trusts you to take care of a person they care about.”

Cathy is thankful to her past clients because without them, she wouldn’t be the agent she is today.

She looks forward to meeting future clients and helping them find their dream home.
