Yardley Jewelers was started by Jon Barry DiNola and his wife, Mary Jane DiNola, in 1977 in Yardley.
Barry is a Graduate Gemologist, Certified Gemologist Appraiser and affiliate of the International Society of Appraisers.
Furthermore, Barry is an award-winning jewelry designer, goldsmith, silversmith, platinum smith, gemologist, appraiser, and educator, and has been practicing his craft in Bucks County since 1970.
He has taught jewelry courses, both technical and conceptual, at The College of New Jersey (formerly Trenton State College) and has spoken to many organizations, professional groups and schools on a variety of subjects related to jewelry making, design, appraisal, antique and period jewelry.
Besides working in gold, silver and platinum, Barry works in steel, copper and brass, making large and small sculptures along with objects of art.
Yardley Jewelers creates custom-made jewelry that is only limited by your imagination.
They are also adept at all types of repairs using old-world handcrafted techniques, along with and the latest laser welding and computer-aided designing / computer-aided machining (CAD/CAM).
All the work is done in house from the beginning sketches to the finished piece.
Yardley Jewelers maintains a large inventory of diamonds of various qualities and the largest inventory of colored gemstones in the area.
