In a year of so many unforeseen changes, exercise has never been more important to not only the body, but the mind as well.
When the quarantine began earlier this year, I was left in a position to take care of my four-year- old and eight-month-old from home in addition to making changes of how to not only continue my own training, but my clients’ as well.
To say this was challenging is an understatement. At the time, and like so many others in similar situations, my stress was at an all-time high.
If I hadn’t continued my workouts, I don’t know how I would’ve managed.
Being healthy and fit is not only about how you physically look, it’s about how you feel.
It’s teaching your mind to push as far as it can go in the event of stress and overcome any obstacle.
It’s about believing in yourself and never settling for less than what you’re capable of.
It’s channeling your inner warrior to a level of strength you never even knew existed.
This is what Fit Momma Training is all about, empowering women to be the best and healthiest version of themselves. I think each and every woman deserves to FEEL their true strength and believe in who they are, envisioning who they want to be and making that change happen.
In order to help you get there, I am offering a free 30-minute fitness assessment.
