This year has been an interesting one at Fletcher’s Garage and every business, for sure. Nothing this year has been guaranteed, even with the best business plans and strategies.
We continued to stick with what we do best: remain the neighborhood shop!
We’ve always been committed to giving our customers and community the best service at the fairest price.
These have been uncertain times for everyone and we take everyone’s individual situation into consideration when drawing up an “Auto Repair Plan” as comprehensive as possible.
Everyone has different uses, needs and conditions for their vehicles.
We don’t have that “Everyone needs everything all the time” approach. We understand through communication how to handle what’s unsafe or imperative, and what can take a “back seat” or “down the road” in regards to repairs, always considering the financial situation at the time. This pandemic has altered a lot of how we do business, such as a higher level of consciousness with our attention to disinfecting.
But maintaining our core values of Fletcher’s Customer Service has never changed.
In fact, it’s grown stronger.
We are getting through this and Fletcher’s Garage is committed to being “Your Neighborhood Shop” for years to come!
