CHECK OUT THE NEW BUCKSBLOGSPOT. HELP FOR BUCKS COUNTY BUSINESSES AND ECONOMIC RECOVERY – BUCKSBLOGSPOT

Sparks Industries, LLC – Doylestown / Jamison

    New name, same family ownership

A staple in the Doylestown area for over 40 years, Jeffrey Sparks Topsoil & Mulch recently merged with its sister business Warwick Grinders, in Jamison, to become Sparks Industries, LLC.

Sparks Industries offers excavation services and is a top supplier of landscaping needs such as topsoil, mulch and stone.

“We’re still here, still the same ownership,” says Diane Sparks, wife of Jeffrey Sparks, the founder and owner.

Jeff is a Bucks County native who attended Central Bucks East High School and Middle Bucks Institute of Technology.

He started his own business when he was in high school, beginning as a small-time excavator in the mid-70’s and expanding into selling mulch and topsoil in the 90’s.

“Now we make bedding mixes and amended soils,” says Diane. “We also make our own mulch by grinding brush and wood debris.”

The family-owned and operated business bought Warwick Green Grinders, Inc. back in 2019, expanding their reach into the Warwick-Jamison area, and ran the two businesses separately for a year before merging the two this January.

Today the business employs many members of Jeff’s family including his wife, two brothers, brother-in-law, son, daughter, three nephews and other employees who soon became like family.

“We are a real family business,” says Diane.

Sparks Industries stands out for their high quality products, delivery and pickup services, and debris recycling services – as well as their friendly nature and family focus.

Whether you are looking to have topsoil, mulch, or stone delivered or picked up, Sparks has you covered!
