2 medium bananas, peeled and halved lengthwise
4 whole wheat hot dog buns
½ cup Reddi-wip® Non-dairy Coconut Milk Whipped Topping
½ cup chopped fresh pineapple
½ cup chopped strawberries
2 tablespoons chopped roasted unsalted peanuts
1 ½ tablespoons mini chocolate chips
1. Prepare outdoor grill for direct grilling over medium heat; spray bananas with cooking spray. Place bananas on hot grill rack; cook, uncovered, 2 minutes or until grill marks appear, turning once.
2. Place buns, cut sides down, on hot grill rack; cover and cook 1 minute or until grill marks appear, turning once.
3. Serve bananas in buns topped with whipped topping, pineapple, strawberries, peanuts and chocolate chips.
