For two or three months, real estate in Bucks County and surrounding areas came to almost a dead stop, but opened back up mid-summer.
Since that time, listing a home is quite different.
Before a realtor can show a home, they have to have their clients sign a COVID-19 form stating that they have not travelled to certain areas, and when you enter a home, most of the time there is a stand with hand sanitizers, masks, booty covers, so that the home can be free from the virus.
Most realtors, when listing a home, are filming a 3D Virtual Tour so that the client can view the home before even setting an appointment.
This eliminates needless showings.
Many elderly homeowners are leery of even putting their home on the market until this virus is under control.
So it is a different world all around.
But, in spite of all of this, the real estate market is a seller’s market and homes, if priced correctly, are receiving multiple offers, many above asking price.
Our team is ready to help you safely sell your home or to find one to suit your needs.
