Not such a bad curve, the only problem with today’s real estate market is that you have to act fast.
Which means you have to have all your ducks in a row.
If you’re buying a home, make sure that your prequalifying and already been working with a realtor or study the markets and identifying what you want to buy where you want to buy and how you want to buy.
It’s not bad to ask questions for in the multitude of counsel there is safety.
Therefore when buying a product, whether it’s a bike or a home, the best thing to do is act stupid and ask a lot of questions.
Assuming you know nothing then assimilate all the information, dissect what you learned with what you already know, then you are ready to make a decision.
But you must act fast because the house that you saw yesterday and you’re thinking about buying today is the same house that somebody saw today and wrote up an offer that has already been accepted.
And going to settlement next week.
