DVRPC Announces for Public Review: Draft DVRPC FY2021 Transportation Improvement Program for Pennsylvania (FY21-FY24) and Draft Connections 2045 Long-Range Plan Amendment

Public Comment Period from 5/26/2020 to 6/29/2020

Delaware Valley Regional Planning Commission (DVRPC) is seeking your input and has opened a 30+ day Public Comment Period for the the Draft DVRPC Federal Fiscal Year (FY) 2021 Transportation Improvement Program (TIP) for Pennsylvania (FY24). This also serves as the public comment period for the Draft Connections 2045 Long-Range Plan (LRP) Amendment. DVRPC will accept comments on both draft documents from May 26, 2020 until June 29, 2020 at 5:00 PM local time.

Electronic copies of DVRPC’s Draft FY2021 TIP for PA is available at The TIP represents the region’s federally funded transportation improvement priorities and is required by federal law in order for the region to receive and spend federal transportation funds. The TIP also includes non-federally funded projects that are regionally significant in order to provide a broad picture of the region’s transportation improvements.

The electronic version of the Draft Connections 2045 Long-Range Plan (LRP) Amendment is available at

DVRPC periodically amends the LRP to incorporate changes to regionally significant projects, reflect changes to the financial plan, and to maintain fiscal constraint.

If requested, the Draft TIP and Draft LRP Amendment can be translated into an alternative format or language. Please contact the DVRPC Office of Communications and Engagement at 215-238-2929 or
