Yellow Re-opening Phase Parking Enforcement in Doylestown Borough

Since the onset of the Covid-19 public health emergency, the Borough has suspended parking meter fees and enforcement. With the move to the Yellow Re-opening Phase on Friday, June 5 however, there will be some changes in parking enforcement to accommodate merchant and restaurant reliance on curbside pick up in order to do business.

The Borough is providing and enforcing reserved parking spaces for curbside services throughout the downtown. Please use these spaces for these services only.

Also, on Monday, June 8, the Borough will again be enforcing the three hour maximum time limit for metered parking spaces. No payment will be required. The meters will continue to be free, but parking will be prohibited for longer than three hours.

This enforcement is necessary to promote parking turnover for the expected increase in economic activity.

Be aware that the three hour limit does not apply to the yellow-banded meters.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
