Baseball season may look a bit different for all of its fans this year, but over the past two months, Holy Trinity Catholic School has hit the ball right out of the park with its distance-learning program.
From day one of the shutdown on March 16th, the school’s administration and staff have been up and running, with no lapse in time. Devices were employed, parents were contacted, programs like Zoom, Flipgrid, and Google Classroom lessons were set up, teacher professional development was in place – and all within two days time. The rigorous education and high expectations for student learning remain in place.
The momentum continues to give every opportunity to have our students ready to move onto the next level.
Principal Elaine McDowell says, “I have never been more proud to be the leader of this wonderful institution of learning. Brick walls or not, our teachers, staff, and parents have worked together to score the greatest Grand Slam imaginable. Keep up the good work, Holy Trinity!
