We are Brett and Nikki Rieber, local residents of Northampton Township, and the owners of Blind Builders, Inc., located on Street Road in Feasterville.
We specialize in Hunter Douglas custom window treatments and fabric soft treatments, such as drapery and valances.
After our business was ordered to shut down in March, our team quickly and eagerly adapted to a new way of connecting with customers for their window treatment needs.
We began offering virtual consultations and quickly realized how Blind Builders can “be in your home” through a screen.
With this new process, we are able to offer design advice, show samples, and provide quotes based on customer-provided measurements.
We are excited to offer a special “Support Our Small Business Discount” – 10% off orders placed now and when safely able to do so, will resume taking in-home measurements.
Thankfully, many calls have been coming in from people who are eager to talk to us about new window treatments.
We are finding that with people being stuck at home, they are thinking more about spring improvement projects around the house.
Our Facebook and Instagram pages have been busy, sharing more photos of completed projects, in addition to home improvement articles.
On Fridays, we started posting #fuzzycoworkers, sharing photos of our dogs and bunny, who miss coming into the office with us.
As residential construction and renovation projects are slated to start up in May, we remain optimistic and hopeful that Blind Builders will not be far behind.
As re-opening will be in stages, under strict new guidelines, we foresee our Showroom operating by appointment only.
And all appointments, including in-home measure and installations, will most likely require six foot social distancing with everyone wearing masks.
We will also be prepared with new gloves and booties for in-home meetings.
Now more than ever, shopping with small business is vital to our community.
In our own home, are doing everything we can to buy local and support our fellow business owners.

And if you are in the market for new window treatments, call us for a BLIND DATE and we look forward to helping you!
