Although the library’s physical space is closed due to COVID-19, the library is “open and active” in an online environment with virtual programs for adults and children. All ages can learn or be entertained in the comfort of home. Plus, with your library card and 4-digit PIN, borrow e-books and e-audios, stream movies, learn a language, trace your family roots, and much more!
A few examples of Children’s programs are: Facebook Story Times every Monday and Thursday; Facebook Book Talks every Tuesday and Thursday; and Facebook Craft Times on Fridays! Monday through Friday is the Facebook Live 5pm check in – Miss Christy shares a preschool story—did you read a book today!!
With the library’s ongoing partnership with Doylestown Health, our mission to provide Health Literacy has gone virtual with weekly informative programs for adults. Intro to Yoga on Thursday, May 21stat 12:00-12:30pm is one such program. Register on our web site and obtain instructions on how to access the program.
Have a question? The library is offering virtual reference services. Do you have inquiries about obtaining an e-book or how to access a virtual program? Just ask! Chat Reference is available 9am-5pm daily and Email Reference is available 24/7. The Librarians are here to help you through this difficult time.
