FCP Board announces new appointment

    Foundations Community Partnership (FCP), a philanthropic grant-making foundation supporting the behavioral health and human service needs of children and young adults in Bucks County, has announced the appointment of Judith Stern Goldstein to its Board of Directors for a three-year term. 

    Tom Hanna, P.E., LEED® AP, Capital Projects Manager, Central Bucks School District, who joined the FCP Board in 2014, has been named Board Chair. 

    Judith is a registered landscape architect and Managing Director at Boucher & James.

    In addition, she represents several municipalities as their principal planner, where she oversees municipal planning and reviews community and municipal goals and objectives.

    She also offers expert witness testimony for conditional use hearings and zoning hearing board proceedings. 

    In addition to her professional career, Judith is an avid volunteer in Bucks County.

    She is currently serving on the board for Habitat for Humanity of Bucks County, served two terms as president of the Kiwanis Club of Doylestown, and has served as a volunteer and on various committees for the Heritage Conservancy, Temple Judea of Bucks County, and Doylestown Township.

    Judith has also been a Troop Leader for the Girl Scouts of Freedom Valley Council and a Coach for the Doylestown Athletic Association.

    She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Design of the Environment and a Master of Landscape Architecture degree from University of Pennsylvania. 

    “It’s an honor to be selected to join the Foundations Community Partnership Board,” says Judith. “I am eager to serve and help advance the mission of the foundation, which is to help children and their families in Bucks County.”
