Northampton Senior Center

There are always plenty of exciting events happening at the Northampton Senior Center, not only for seniors but the community too! 

In addition to the wide variety of daily activities for our members, the center also hosts some wonderful community events that benefit the Council Rock Senior Citizens Association as well.  So mark your calendars with these upcoming dates… Friday, April 17th Spring Fling Shopping Event. With over 50 vendors, you are sure to find that perfect gift for that special teacher, mom, dad or grad!!  Free admission, shopping from 5:00 to 9:00pm.

On Friday, October 23rd, gather your friends and family and get ready for a fun night at our annual Bags n’ Bling Bingo!  Further details will be available closer to the event.

That’s not all…holiday shopping will be easy this year with our Holiday Marketplace being held on Friday, December 4th.  Hope to see you there!     

How about a day trip to Dutch Apple or Hunterdon Hills Playhouse?  We would be happy to have you join us for one of our exciting trips.

Dutch Apple Dinner Theatre “Grumpy Old Men” – Wednesday, February 26th.  Package includes:  delicious buffet luncheon, exciting & hilarious show, transportation, driver tip & waitress gratuity.  $94 members/$104 non-members. 

Hunterdon Hill Playhouse “I Left My Dignity in my Other Purse” starring Joyce DeWitt  – Thursday, May 14th.  Package includes:  “fun-filled” show, wonderful lunch entrée with homemade breads, salad & unlimited dessert buffet, along with round-trip transportation & driver tip.  $92 members/$97 non-members.   

Our activities include: Aerobics, Art Studio, Bereavement Support Group, Billiards, Bingo, Bocce (Spring & Summer), Book Club, Bridge, Canasta, Card Games, Chair Yoga, Coloring Club, Cribbage, Darts, Gentle Yoga, Golf  (Spring & Summer), Indoor Shuffleboard, Jazz/Line Dance, Luncheons, Luv 2 Dance Class, Mah Jongg, Meetings/Programs, Mindful Meditation, Pinochle, Poker Club, Scrabble, Seniorcise, Spanish Classes, Stained Glass, Table Tennis, Tai Chi, Tap Time, Trips, Watercolors, Wood Carving, Workshops, and Yoga.
