Celebrating a 25-year legacy

Man Wong, owner and executive chef at Concerto Fusion Cuisine in Morrisville, is celebrating a 25-year legacy of serving our community top-notch and healthy Chinese/Japanese and Asian/European fusion dishes in the friendly confines of the dining rooms he has operated here.

He began his Bucks County career with the opening of Charming Garden in Lower Makefield Township, providing an excellent source for, among other things, sushi in that locale.

Then in 2006, Man Wong expanded with the opening of Concerto Fusion Cuisine, located at 2 S. Delmorr Avenue in Morrisville, in that location focusing more on the fusion dishes, which incorporate an amalgam of different cultures and traditions, that were becoming popular at the time.

Concerto Fusion was subsequently recognized as an “Internationally Known Chinese Restaurant” by the Chinese government, and was an “Overall Excellence Winner” at the “Top 100 Chinese Restaurants Awards Show & Conference” in San Francisco.”

Donna and Mark Allen, publisher and editor respectively, at Times Publishing Newspapers, Inc., also wish to note the friendship with Man Wong that has developed and grown over the course of this last quarter century, when both companies began their entrepreneurial endeavors in Bucks County.

Man Wong took the time to teach Donna some of his cooking expertise when she indicated a desire to learn more about preparing the delicious Asian dishes that he prepares on a daily basis.

And so, to celebrate this history and in conjunction with the holiday season, Concerto Fusion Cuisine is promoting a gift certificate sale, so that you can share the gift of healthy and appetizing dining with your loved ones and friends.
