The Nazareth Academy High School Class of 2019

As we took time this past summer to reflect on the previous school year, we couldn’t help but think back to the great impact our recent graduating seniors, the Class of 2019 had on our school family.

The class had many great accomplishments and continuously demonstrated the Nazareth way of embracing faith, family and education.

Their daily spirit, hard work and charisma embodied what the Nazareth experience is all about.

Here is a list of their successes in and out of the classroom:

  • Received more than $30 million in college scholarships;
  • Earned a 100% College Acceptance Rate for all 105 students;
  • Attending 44 different post-secondary schools;
  • Seven students will be attending Pennsylvania State University;
  • Six students will be attending Drexel University;
  • Other universities include University of Pennsylvania, Syracuse University, St. Joseph’s University, Catholic University, Temple University, Lehigh University, and Holy Family University and many others;
  • Accumulated over 15,000 hours of community service as a class;
  • Raised over $520,000 in four years for Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia through Naz-A-Thon;
  • Performed in countless musical concerts including one for our Holy Father, Pope Francis and in international venues across Europe and this year at Carnegie Hall;
  • Eight student athletes earned athletic scholarships to universities for swimming, soccer, golf, basketball and track and field.

Located on the same beautiful campus as Holy Family University in suburban Northeast Philadelphia, Nazareth is a close-knit community of young women who achieve excellence in the classroom and strive to be leaders of Christian service in the community.
