DAR Attends Memorial Day Celebration
On May 26th eight members of the Washington
Crossing Chapter DAR attended the Third Annual Memorial Day Celebration
at the Thompson-Neely House cemetery to honor the Revolutionary War dead
buried there and all veterans, past and present. DAR members in attendance
included, from left, Patrice Matthews of Langhorne, Glenda Baggesen-Jensen
of Buckingham, Mary Lou Chianese and Linda Trippodo (colonial attire)
of New Hope, Shari Vetter of Yardley, Sandra A. Miller of Washington Crossing,
and Barbara Palladino of Yardley.
