Commission re-elects David R. Degerolamo as chairman and Gaetan J. Alfano as vice-chairman 


Daniel Grace The Delaware River Joint Toll Bridge Commission recently announced the results of its election of officers for the year 2012-2013.

Commissioners re-elected David R. DeGerolamo as chairman and Philadelphia attorney Gaetan J. Alfano as vice-chairman. Feasterville resident Daniel H. Grace was selected as the Commission’s new secretary-treasurer.

Commissioner DeGerolamo is president of AMG Solutions, a business-development consulting firm. He is a former president of the Phillipsburg Town Council and he previously worked as the director of corporate development for Aqua New Jersey, overseeing the company’s water and sewer system acquisitions.

DeGerolamo earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Bloomsburg University.

Alfano graduated magna cum laude from Villanova University in 1977. He graduated from the University’s School of Law in 1980. He is a member of the Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and American Bar Associations.

An active member of the community, Alfano is a member of the Justinian Society, a legal organization whose members include Italian-American lawyers, judges and law students.

Commissioner Grace is a 36-year member of the International Brotherhood of Teamsters Local 830 of Pennsylvania. He has served as the organization’s Secretary-Treasurer/Business Manager since 2001 and as an executive board director of the 95,000-member Pennsylvania Conference of Teamsters since 2005.
