April 12 is Canal Clean-Up Day at the Delaware Canal State Park. The Friends of the Delaware Canal sponsored this annual event to encourage volunteers to clear trash, debris, and brush from the historic waterway and towpath that runs from Easton to Bristol. Members of the Greenbelt Overhaul Alliance of Levittown (GOAL) helped clean up from the Home Depot to Green Lane portion of the canal.
