The group meets weekly throughout the year on Wednesday evenings at 7:30 pm and is facilitated by a mental health professional. Meetings encourage listening, non-judgmental support, and help from periodic guest speakers or group members who have experienced similar life circumstances. This program is non-denominational, interfaith, and opens its support to all who come.

Girl’s Night Out – Downton Abbey Night at the Newtown Twp. Admin. Building, 100 Municipal Dr., Newtown. Get your Abbey fans together and make it a fun night out learning how to make Lady Mary's necklace and earrings. Students will learn basic wire wrapping techniques with headpins and chain. The proper way to open and close a jump ring will be included. Share your favorite stories of the famous Downton Abbey Series. A $20.00 material fee is due to the Instructor at the beginning of class. Pre-registration is required with Newtown Township Department of Parks and Recreation by calling 215-968-2800 ext. 239, or online at www.newtownfun.com.

David Dunkelberger, a resident of Langhorne and a retired scientist, will speak on “Fabric Art.” Mr. Dunkelberger has created original designs to make handmade quilted wall hangings that have different themes and tell different stories.
